All jewelry items are carefully packaged and gift wrapped in my shop colors with anti tarnish velvet storage bag, "Thank You" note and Authentication card that is signed and numbered! (Remember no two pieces of jewelry are exactly alike)
To make sure you can get your package in a timely fashion I ship everything USPS Priority Shipping or International First Class. Once your payment is received and confirmed I will ship your package within 3-5 business days.
Domestic orders due to Priority Flat Rate Box Shipping usually arrive 3-5 days AFTER shipping (depending on regular business hours and of course holidays) and come with insurance and tracking number.
*Just in case, please keep in mind due to COVID some mail systems are backed up and overwhelmed. Please allow for at least a week or two for your package to arrive once it has left my hands until it seems like they become caught up. Your patience is very much appreciated in these difficult times.
(International orders of course can take considerably longer from two to six weeks in some remote places.)
December 13th is the last day to order to receive your package by December 25th. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Can You Rush Shipping?
If you need it shipped sooner or have a specific deadline/special occasion/holiday you need it for please message me and I would be more then happy to try and work with you so you can get it faster. This can be more difficult around the holidays.
Please keep in mind this DOES NOT include shipping on holidays or weekends as I am at the mercy of the post office‘s hours. Your order needs to be processed and packaged after ordering which means it will go into the post office no sooner then the following day and that it could take the post office a day to process it before it starts it’s journey to you.
Where do you Ship?
I currently ship to the US (with the exception of Kansas due to their new restrictive small business local tax laws) and Canada. I am hoping to expand to more places in the future!
PLEASE be aware of your carriers policies and fee's before purchasing. Aesthetic Ambrosia and Jaimee Whitehouse are not responsible for additional costs due to customs, VAT's or unknown policies in your area or country and we only charge for the shipping.
Returns, Refunds and Replacements-

If for any reason you want to return your order, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your shipment. The product must be shipped back to me at your cost within 2 weeks of you receiving the package for you to receive your refund. You (the buyer) are responsible for all return costs, including Shipping, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
Please note that I cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged or mishandled mail once it has left my hands. HOWEVER I always make sure to purchase insurance for every package I send and will try my best to help with any issue if one ever occurs.
I can not promise exact replacements in such occurrences only because each piece is hand made one of a kind and from found objects that might not be able to be found or created again.
Treat your piece with the utmost care. It is the only one of its kind after all.
Because each piece is handmade with either clay or copper plated with a patina, it is delicate. I always coat each piece with a protective coat however, it is best to remove your piece before washing your hands, showering, strenuous activity, or handling any type of liquid to ensure the piece is protected from damage. Things like lotions, perfumes and even heavy wear over time with the salt and oils of your skin can break down that sealant barrier over time.
Copper and Sculpy Clay can be strong, however, like most mediums it is subject to reaction from things around it.
To keep your piece clean I advice lightly cleaning with a damp cloth (no harsh jewelry cleaning chemicals or abrasive cleaners) and storing your piece in a jewelry bag or box away from dust and moisture when not in use like before bed.
(Your piece will come with a velvet storage bag that contains anti tarnish paper inside to keep your piece in.)
If your piece seems to be tarnishing with heavy wear you can use a jewelry cleaning cloth or soft toothbrush with distilled water to revitalize your piece.
With love and care your piece will carry on with you throughout your life and become a timeless treasure.
I make many of my creations with different metals and mediums. If you have sensitive skin like I do, look for the words (sterling or fine silver) or (pure gold) in the description or tags. If they aren't listed with those tags they are made from silver tone, brass, copper and plated metals.
I do however, coat the metals with a anti tarnishing hypoallergenic coating that helps keep the metals from tarnishing and gives an added barrier for the skin.
Aesthetic Ambrosia and Jaimee Whitehouse are not liable if you have adverse skin reactions to metals that aren't ”pure” in nature due to personal sensitivities. So please buy responsibly.
Not Suitable for Children
Also, these items are NOT made for young children. The materials used are small and can be a possible choking hazard if taken apart by small hands. So please keep away from young ones.
